With unparalleled experience, Kiel has choreographed over 100 music videos, directed movement for feature films, and designed iconic stages for prestigious award shows. His collaborations include global superstars like Jennifer Lopez, Taiwanese sensation Jolin Tsai, and notably K-pop phenomenon BLACKPINK, for whom he served as Creative Director and Choreographer of their record-breaking Coachella performance.

Kiel's innovative contributions have earned him top industry honors, including an MTV Video Music Award for BLACKPINK's "Pink Venom," an iHeart Radio Award for "Kill This Love," an MNET Asian Music Award for Best Choreographer of the Year for Jolin Tsai's "Womxnly," and a World of Choreography Award for Jennifer Lopez's "Dinero."
